BNSF-UP Fresno to Modesto Route Release

The BNSF-UP Fresno to Modesto Route has released for Run8 Version 3. The route consists of roughly 100 miles of track for both the BNSF Stockton Sub from Fresno to Riverbank and Union Pacific from Fresno to covell. Also included is the Modesto Empire Traction company's short line with 5 miles of their own main line and 48 miles of industry tracks. Also included are custom passenger stations for Modesto and Merced. As an added bonus an Modesto Empire Traction (MET) MP15 is included for your swiching needs. Run8 Update 18 Released

Update 18 for Version 3 is now available to download using the in-sim update button. Update 18 adds compatability for the BNSF-UP Fresno to Modesto Route.  Along with a few bug fixes. A full change log can be found here or by clicking on the change log button on the "About" menu in game. 

Run8 Update 17 Released

Update 17 for Version 3 is now available to download using the in-sim update button. Update 16 beings compatability for Mixed Freight Car pack 6 to be loaded into the sim.  Along with a few new features and bug fixes. A full change log can be found here or by clicking on the change log button on the "About" menu in game.

MP15 Pack 3 Released

MP15 ex BN (BNSF Patched) MP15 CSX YN2 MP15 GMTX MP15 ex SP (UP Patched)

Run8 has released their thrid pack of MP15 end cab switchers comprised of mostly throw back paint schemes with a mondern twist! This pack includes the following paint schemes:

  • Ex Burlington Northern - BNSF Patched Unit
  • CSX YN2
  • GMTX American Flag Paint Scheme
  • Ex Southern Pacific - UP Patched 

The MP15s include a unique mode selector switch to change the way the locomotive operates depending on the job at hand, along with realistic sounds and fully functional cab.
